We Rise Connect was founded by our CEO, Nandini Ramsamy, with a vision to modernise training, compliance, and communication across We Rise Community Services. Through We Rise Connect, all staff training, leadership development, and compliance education are delivered in one central platform, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and ongoing professional growth. Nandini’s innovation extended beyond training by developing the We Rise Connect App, a digital solution designed to support support workers and leadership teams in maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and documentation while safeguarding participant privacy and confidentiality. The We Rise Connect App allows staff to complete structured handovers, record essential documentation, monitor participant supports, and complete end-of-shift compliance checks. This ensures continuity of care, accountability, and consistency across all houses and support services. Managers and administrators have access to real-time reporting and compliance dashboards, allowing them to monitor house operations, identify gaps, and maintain oversight of service delivery at any time. The app was created with the values of honesty, transparency, integrity, and accountability at its core. Its purpose is to ensure that documentation is completed accurately and on time while making compliance simple and accessible for all team members. One of the greatest successes of We Rise Connect has been the digitalisation of paperwork. By streamlining forms, checklists, handovers, audits, and reporting processes, the platform has significantly reduced administrative burden and improved efficiency. This allows Team Leaders, Managers, and Support Workers to spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on what matters most – supporting participants.
